Bupa Employee Assistance is a confidential counselling and advice service for employees, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Bupa Employee Assistance (EAP) offers practical and emotional support for employees and their immediate family members. Whether it is a workplace issue, a relationship breakdown, or a financial issue that is causing distress, we offer support when it is most needed. The service also offers support for managers on how to handle difficult employees or situations.

EAP gives employees reassurance and peace of mind, giving them the help to tackle any issues they may have, so they can work effectively and efficiently.

We offer two levels of service. All levels include:

  • telephone counselling
  • access to legal advice
  • financial and consumer advice
  • management information
  • employee marketing materials

  • Maximises usage and visibility of the service
  • Detailed management information on usage, hotspots and benchmarking
  • Telephone counselling
  • Access to legal and financial advice
  • Five to eight sessions of face-to-face counselling available to employees, if required
Key EAP
  • Telephone counselling
  • Legal and financial advice
  • Face-to-face counselling can be offered on a “fee for service” basis
