Most corporate clients are invoiced by Bupa, The frequency of these invoices is dependent on the level of service provision and the arrangements you will have made with you account manager.
No, anyone can use our services.
We aim to offer a level of care that is right for your employee and their circumstances. They may choose to use the Bupa service for all their routine doctor requirements or just occasionally for advice - it is entirely up to them. However, we strongly advise that they remain on the list with an NHS GP, close to their home, to ensure assistance in the event of a medical emergency.
The first time your employee contacts us, we will ask them to provide some personal details and we'll open a confidential medical file for all their records. These are subject to the same strict rules of confidentiality that you would expect of any medical records. No information will be passed on to any third parties without their consent, including employers.
