We are very relaxed but hardworking too. We all try very hard but have a laugh whilst working!

We work as a team to provide friendly, professional advice to members, take down medical information and spot new business sales opportunities.

What's the most fun event you've been involved in at Bupa (eg, community event, team build, training)?
We have a lot team lunches which are good fun and really boost team morale.

What's your biggest achievement since you've been at Bupa?
Hitting all three of my previous targets.
