Five months, including a two month training period.

Why do you like working at Bupa?
I love meeting and working with such a range of different people and also enjoy working with a company that treats its staff really well.

What is the environment like in your building? Why do you like it?
It's really colourful as everyone has added their own personal touch to their desk so it's a bright, friendly place.

Please name four key duties you carry out in your role?
I take details about members' treatment plans and advise them on their financial cover, I deal with claims queries, provide support to members with specific concerns and advise members of what to expect from their hospital stay to ease their worries.

What's the most fun event you've been involved in at Bupa (eg, community event, team build, training)?
The Christmas incentive scheme where we all dressed up as fairy tale characters. It was a fantastic bonding experience!

What's your biggest achievement since you've been at Bupa?
One of my calls was selected by the quality team to be put in the call library and used as a training model, which I was very pleased with!
