I take a great pride in working with Bupa and feel that members and new customers really trust our products and services.

What is the environment like in your building? Why do you like it?
It's a happy, buzzing place to be!

Please name four key duties you carry out in your role?
I provide a helpline service to our sales teams so I look up Group discounts, enrol registrations, check the reasons for any lapses and change members' details when required.

What's the most fun event you've been involved in at Bupa (eg, community event, team build, training)?
I attended a sales conference in Monte Carlo - it was fabulous!

What's your biggest achievement since you've been at Bupa?
Kissing Jonathon Ross on stage in Prague!
