I drive my team to achieve results by coaching and developing them. It's also my job to champion change and build solid relationships and trust within the team.

What's the most fun event you've been involved in at Bupa (eg, community event, team build, training)?
The High Flyers Incentive Awards - last year the prize was four days in Las Vegas, this year it's Sun City in South Africa.

What's your biggest achievement since you've been at Bupa?
Being nominated for New Business Team of the Year 2006 was fantastic.
