It's a friendly and active environment.
Please name four key duties you carry out in your role?
Advising on healthcare policies.
Dealing with admin such as letters, application forms etc.
Taking payment from members for their policies.
Communicating with other depts about members and their policies.
What's the most fun event you've been involved in at Bupa (eg, community event, team build, training)?
Training has been fun - the initial training and also extra training eg, on new policies and initiatives as everyone has an active part in the training and team building exercises are part of this.
What's your biggest achievement since you've been at Bupa?
Having members call in or writing in just to say how helpful I have been and what good service I have provided - makes me feel I am doing a good job!
