This is a vital area. Taking inbound calls from our customers, you'll resolve their queries, pre-authorise treatments and provide general information and advice about their membership. It's busy, often emotional, and you'll need to always consider that the person you're talking to could be very unwell or extremely worried. Often you can only imagine what it's like being in their shoes, so the most important qualities you'll need are empathy, sensitivity and attentive listening skills.

Customer Loyalty

A unique combination of sales and service skills, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, advising and helping existing customers by ensuring that they have the right health care policies. For this you'll need good listening skills, a caring approach, and the ability to persuade and influence effectively.

Sales
