Graduate entry programme

Bupa is a health and care company and requires caring, commercially minded people to keep our customers at the heart of everything we do. We believe that it is vital to develop our people with that aim in mind. We believe that recruiting people with the ability and desire to help bring our vision alive is the starting point.

The graduate entry programme is specifically designed to free the potential of high quality candidates and provide them with the opportunities to make a difference to our business, for our customers. A significant investment is made in developing the skills and experience of those on the programme and in return we look for high levels of initiative and motivation.

• The Finance Graduate Entry Programme is aimed at those wishing to begin and develop a career in finance (applications have now closed for the 2008 intake).
• The General Graduate Entry Programme is aimed at those wishing to begin and develop their career in areas other than finance. The next intake is September 2009 and the application closing date is 30 November 2008).

We are looking for a select number of applicants to join us and form the next graduate teams - do you have what we're looking for?

You will need to:

• be flexible - willing to move up to three times during the course of the programme
• have obtained or expect to obtain, a minimum 2.1 class of degree or equivalent and a strong academic record leading up to this

During selection you will need to:

• demonstrate excellent verbal and numerical reasoning
• show a good match with the required skills and competencies
