Selection process

The programmes attract a lot of interest and have been running since 1999. We want to ensure that you will fit well with BUPA's culture and are of sufficient calibre to become BUPA's future decision makers. It is also important that you get to know us such that you can make your own judgement about whether we are the company for you. We therefore use a multi-tiered assessment process to give you the best chance to shine.

At each stage you will be given clear guidance on what to do and by when.
