Your Bupa Helpline is always the first number to call if you need help or support or if you have any comments or complaints about your membership.

Bupa Helpline advisers will help you to make a claim and answer any queries you have about your cover. They are also the people to contact if you want to make changes to your policy, for example if you move house or want to add family members to your policy.
