How to claim

We do everything we can to make claiming as simple and straightforward as it possibly can be.

When your GP has referred you to a consultant or therapist for tests or treatment, simply contact Bupa before your appointment. By phoning us in advance of your visit we will be able to confirm whether you are covered for your treatment.

You could also use the Bupa consultant guide to help you make an informed choice about which consultant you go and see.
