Company Members
As a member of your company's private medical scheme, you may have a unique helpline number. You will need to ask the co-ordinator of the scheme at your workplace for details.
When you call to claim it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:
- your membership number
- the name of your consultant, hospital or therapist
- the name of your condition and details of your proposed treatment or, if your condition is unknown an outline of your symptoms.
Do remember that when you see a Bupa Partnership hospital, all your eligible consultant fees will be paid in full according to benefit limits and your chosen excess.
If you'd like to know whether your consultant is a member of the Bupa Partnership agreement, just call us on your helpline number.
When you see the consultant, take along your membership certificate. If hospital treatment is recommended, call us again and we will confirm whether the hospital you have chosen is covered by your scheme.
