Offer valid until 30th June 2008. All activities must be booked in advance & are strictly subject to availability. Some bookings may not be accepted on certain days. Certain venues require two people to participate at the same time. The 2 for 1 term means one paying the full price & one goes free. Some venues allow two goes for the price of one. Some venues offer a kids go free offer, i.e. one adult pays & a child goes free, please ring venue for details. All venues reserve the right to charge full price if you have not pre-booked or you have a photocopy or defaced voucher. This offer cannot be used during any bank holiday period. Each venue has confirmed its willingness to participate in this offer at the time of going to press and are subject to change. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any venue subsequently declining acceptance of a voucher for reasons of their own. The terms & conditions of entry of the individual venue will apply. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. No liability can be accepted for personal loss or injury at featured venues. Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance. The duration & contents of an activity may vary from venue to venue. Some activities will require a certain level of health, fitness & ability. Please ask when booking. If you have a medical condition please consult your doctor before participating. Participants should be warned that participating in certain activities would make certain personal insurance null & void. Some activities may require a waiver form being signed before participation. Some activities may have a minimum & maximum age & other restrictions. People under the age of eighteen may have to provide proof of age. Please check when booking. All information is correct at time of going to press but may be liable to change. Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the venue. If this occurs inform the manager. Take Time Out & any associated partner/promoter shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual venues & accept no responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any participant of this promotion.
