Terms and conditions
Offer valid until 30th June 2008. Reservations can only be made between one & twenty eight days (inclusive) in advance of the first night's stay. All breaks are subject to the hotel's availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for discounted bookings. Children are subject to the individual hotel's normal children rates & reservations. Children may not utilise the offer. The offer may only be taken between two & six consecutive nights in a twin or double room, on a bed & breakfast basis. Based on two people sharing. The offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods. The offer applies to bookings made in advance & does not apply to guests altering/extending a visit after a booking is made. The offer is based on the hotel's standard rack rate. All information is correct at time of going to press but may be liable to change. To confirm the offer rates please contact the hotel direct. A supplement may be charged for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake views). Supplementary charges are not subject to the 50% offer. Take Time Out & any associated promotional partner/promoter shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels & accept no responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any participant of the promotion. Cancellations or amendments to a confirmed booking can incur charges of up to 100% of the total cost. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating hotels or Take Time Out. Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate in the offer at the time of going to press and could be subject to change. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of the voucher. Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the hotel. If this occurs inform the manager. Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel. Photocopies will not be accepted & vouchers cannot be transferred. No cash alternatives will be offered.
