The Royal Marsden breast care unit video transcript
Robert Tiffany is a 13 bedded in-patient unit. There is also a medical day care unit which consists of four day case beds and nine day case chairs and there is an out-patient suite. It was only opened three years ago so it is a very modern, state of the art facility. There are large spacious rooms which are all air-conditioned and the facilities for patients include hairdryers, telephones, televisions and radio and a complementary newspaper each day. There is also a Maitre'd and chef to ensure patients get individual service and any types of diet can be catered for. Very often patients would like relatives or partners to stay so every room is equipped with a pull down bed.
