How to claim

You should call the assistance helpline for authorisation of any costs over £500 or if you require assistance in an emergency.

You may be asked to settle any costs under £500 locally, for minor illness or injuries. These costs can be reclaimed on your return home.

For all claims, telephone the Bupa Travel insurance claims helpline on:

and ask for a claim form, giving your name, schedule number and details of your claim. Alternatively you can click on the correct claim form below to print, complete and post to the address at the top of the document, along with all the supporting evidence.
