During one of the Bupa runs, we asked different runners of all ages and abilities to share their experiences in preparation of the race. You can see how they have trained for the event by preparing themselves physically and by eating the right kind of food. You can also see what has motivated people to run, and how they feel overall during training.

Dr Andrew Vallance-Owen, Bupa's Group Medical Director and a keen runner himself, introduces the clips and draws upon his own experiences and knowledge when listening and commenting on the tips and advice from the runners.
