How to claim

How do I make a claim?

First check your policy wording to make sure you meet the claims conditions. You’ll then need to complete and submit a claims form, along with all the necessary information or documents requested.

The claims form(s) you need to complete, and where you need to send it to, will depend upon when and how you took out your original policy with us. You’ll see that there are different claims forms relating to different policy types. If you’re unsure what your policy type is, please get in touch and we’ll help.

Download and complete the relevant claims form(s), and return it along with the required documentation as soon as you can after returning from your trip. If you don’t have access to a printer, we can send you a claims form - just let us know.
