If you're taking a gap year, Bupa's Gap Year Travel Insurance will give you the freedom to discover new places and enjoy new experiences without worrying about things going wrong. We offer three levels of Gap Year cover designed to give you as much peace of mind as you want.
Benefits of Bupa's Gap Year Travel Insurance

- Explorer Bronze
This gives you basic cover for emergency medical expenses, cancellation or cutting short the trip and legal expenses, but not personal baggage. - Explorer Silver
Benefits include emergency medical expenses up to £5 million, cancellation or cutting short the trip up to £2,000, personal baggage up to £1,500 and cover in case of hijack or mugging. - Explorer Gold
This package covers you for up to £10 million for emergency medical expenses, cancellation or cutting short the trip up to £5,000, personal baggage up to £2,500 with no excess.
Please note Bupa's Gap Year Travel Insurance is only available to UK residents.

Do you have a pre-existing medical condition?
We can also offer policies that allow your pre-existing medical conditions to be considered. Please give us a call to discuss if you need travel insurance and have pre-existing medical conditions.
