What our customers say about us
A recent survey showed that the vast majority of BUPA customers found a health assessment a very positive experience:
- 97 percent of our customers rate our health assessments as good or excellent
- 85 percent said they would have another health assessment
- 85 percent said that BUPA Wellness cared about them as an individual
- 70 percent say their assessment prompted them to make positive changes to their lifestyle
- 96 percent feel more reassured following their health assessment
- 34 percent of customers said that the assessment identified health issues of which they were unaware
