As we live and work differently, the definition of wellbeing is shifting and the health needs of employees are evolving. The pandemic has had a significant impact on mental health and increasingly people are turning to potentially addictive coping behaviours which can lead to short and long term health issues.
Worryingly, stigmas are still preventing many from facing up to mental health issues and seeking help. During our recent event our panel of experts discussed the prevalence of addictive coping behaviours and how organisations can ensure the right preventative care and mental health support is in place for employees now and in the future.
James Sherwood, Director of Healthcare Management also shared the latest update on hospital capacity and Bupa services.
