Some of our care homes offer specialist care for those with physical disabilities. We provide support and care for those with a brain injury or neurological condition like Multiple Sclerosis or Huntington’s, who are unable to live in their own home. Our care homes provide a warm and homely environment and our dedicated care staff are on-hand to provide round-the-clock care for your loved one.
As soon as your loved one arrives, our care support team will work with you to create a personal care plan that’s tailored to their unique needs. Every resident is supported by regular visits from healthcare professionals such as GPs, speech and language therapists and dieticians, who work alongside our care support team to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. Our care homes also provide regular physiotherapy sessions with our on-site physiotherapists, which encourage residents to be as independent as possible.
We understand every resident has different likes and preferences too, so we’ll put together a plan that works around their personal routines and how they’d like to be helped on a day-to-day basis. Every one of our care homes has its own Activity Co-ordinator too, who will work with you to find out what hobbies your loved one enjoys. We understand how difficult choosing a care home can be, so we’re on-hand to provide support and answer any questions you may have about our specialist rehabilitation care.
