The Operations Management Scheme offers you the chance to develop your career and experience in a wide range of operational functions and roles. The scheme is two years in duration and designed to help you discover your potential to be a business leader.

Your development during the scheme
The scheme will help you develop essential skills and a broad knowledge of the way we operate. A solid foundation on which to build your future career at Bupa. This is done through a blend of face to face workshops, online training, on the job learning and other activities such as lunch and learns.
To help guide you through the scheme, you’ll have the support from line managers and buddies. You’ll also have a member of the Operations Leadership Team to mentor you throughout your two years on the scheme
As well as our core development programme, Bupa encourages and supports volunteering and building your own skills through outside networks and groups.

Online tests: You’ll then complete online numerical and logical reasoning ability tests
Telephone interview: You’ll then be invited to telephone interview. We’ll be looking for a good fit with our values
Assessment day: You’ll then be invited to an assessment day at Bupa and take part in a series of exercises. This includes interviews, a presentation and a group task.These allow you to show us your potential and confirm you fit with our values
