Erika qualified as a dentist in 1997 and went on to gain a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, an MSc in orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Hospital of University College of London, and Membership in orthodontics from The Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Erika uses advanced orthodontic techniques, including Invisalign aligners, clear ceramic braces and lingual (hidden) braces. They are a member of the following orthodontic societies: European Aligner Society (EAS) British Lingual Orthodontic Society (BLOS) British Orthodontic Society (BOS) European Orthodontic Society (EOS), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)
