Before working in dentistry, Charlotte had eight years of experience within the healthcare industry. She also completed her RGN training at Southampton University in general nursing but decided to pursue a career in dentistry instead.
Charlotte trained as a dental nurse at the practice in 2011 and worked her way up to lead dental nurse. In 2014, she progressed to practice manager. She is also a practice manager buddy, helping to train other practice managers at Bupa Dental Care.
