Claire trained at Cardiff University graduating in 2007 with honours. Initially Claire started her career in the NHS, completing core rotations in orthopaedics, acute medicine, ITU and outpatients with hydrotherapy and then moved to London to work in the area of neurology. Her interests are in normal body biomechanics, movement and function as well as women's health, in particular, pre and post natal rehabilitation. Claire has a strong Pilates background, having worked in a private pilates studio in Hampstead for two years, working with many high level athletes including swimming teams, netball players and ballet dancers. Claire has completed post graduate training in the pelvis and thorax and Women's health. Claire enjoys travel and in the past has worked as a physiotherapist in Ghana. Outside of work Claire enjoys running, skiing and dreams of owning a campervan.
