Jon holds degrees in both Sport and Exercise Science and Physiotherapy, and began as a Chartered Physiotherapist within the NHS, completing rotations and working for 6 years in East Lancashire and covering private physiotherapy practices in the North West of England. He progressed to a role as Head of Medical Department at Luton Town Football Club on completion of a Physiotherapy Master’s Degree following work with Burnley Football Club, GB Handball and some invitational locum work within private practice. Joining Bupa in 2014 to help launch the Physioline service, Jon has seen the numbers of patients treated weekly grow due to the success of the service and commitment of the clinical and operational team.

In addition, Jon also provides high level assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions as MSK Clinical Lead Specialist within his own private MSK physiotherapy clinic.

A self-confessed retired adrenalin junkie, Jon has C-licence in Skydiving and is a qualified Mountain Leader but his current passions are golf and his family.
