Olivia Jones is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), with an MSc in Nutrition and a BSc (Hons) in Exercise, Nutrition and Health.
Her clinical experience includes conducting health assessments (both in-clinic and onsite), delivering health talks (on topics including menopause, female health, smoking cessation, stress management, and exercise and nutrition for weight management), and providing evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice to empower individuals to lead healthier and happier lives.
Prior to joining Bupa, Olivia contributed to research projects and clinical trials (in academic and hospital settings), and worked as a Fitness Instructor.
She is passionate about the role of nutrition in proactive health, supporting individuals to build sustainable habits that help prevent disease and promote long-term wellbeing. Olivia also has a personal interest in anti-inflammatory nutrition and gut health.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys walking with dogs and trying new recipes!
