Dr Tom Charlton

Clinical Fellow at Bupa UK

Tom qualified in 2013 from Imperial College London and is currently spending a year at Bupa, developing skills in leadership and management as part of the National Medical Director’s Clinical Fellowship scheme.

Prior to joining Bupa, he gained experience in a range of medical specialties in hospitals including Charing Cross and The Royal Brompton.

He holds additional qualifications in immunology and infection, clinical education and healthcare leadership. In addition to his current role with Bupa he continues to develop skills in scientific research.

Tom is passionate about improving patient care both in the UK and abroad. He loves to travel and has spent a significant amount of time on health education projects in India and Kenya.
