My name is Rich and I’m one of the lifestyle coaches at Bupa. This involves supporting people after their health assessment with the areas of lifestyle that they want to improve. I think the best approach to make a positive change is by using small steps; a goal that is unrealistic can be de-motivating.
I completed my BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Birmingham in 2015, which included studying for a year in the United States at the University of Cincinnati. In my spare time I like to stay active. I also love to travel and visiting as many new places as possible.
