Your mental health at work

What can I do to look after my mental health at work?

Looking after your mental health doesn’t always mean you can avoid problems entirely. But we still need to look after our mental health in the same way that we look after our physical health.

These ideas and links will help you think about how to look after your mental health at home and at work.
