An update on our health clinics: Introduction of Lockdown 3.0

07 January 2021

Following the Government announcement on Monday 4 January, here’s a quick update on what this means for your clients’ services delivered via our health clinics.

Health centres in England, Wales and Northern Ireland

In line with Government lockdown guidance, as a provider of healthcare services, our centres across England, Wales and Northern Ireland are currently remaining open. This means that health assessment and musculoskeletal appointments will continue to go ahead as planned.

Health centres in Scotland

We previously advised that due to the lockdown in Scotland from 26 December our health assessment services in Scotland will need to temporarily stop running. This remains the case.

We’ll continue to offer musculoskeletal services, including physiotherapy, musculoskeletal physicians, osteopathy and podiatry. We recommend people continue their care with us during this time to prevent more long-term, chronic issues.

Continuing to provide GP services

Our GP services are still available to access remotely, via phone or video. Following triage face-to-face appointments at health centres will continue where necessary. Early diagnosis leads to better prognosis, so it’s important that people don’t delay getting any health concerns checked out.
