How to set up Bupa Touch
Download the app
Get the app on your phone or tablet by searching for ‘Bupa Touch’ on Google Play or in the App Store.
Register or sign in
Create a new digital account or sign in using your Bupa Touch, Be.Me or Bupa Blua Health details.
Manage your cover
You’re ready to go. Request treatment, make claims, view your documents and much more.
Get the Bupa Touch app
Download Bupa Touch and manage your cover on the go. If you have an iPhone, select the App Store. If you have an Android, select Google Play.
Or scan the QR code with your phone camera to download the app.
If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and password. When we ask for two digits from your memorable number, select ‘forgotten memorable number’ and follow the steps to reset it.
Anyone over the age of 16 on your cover can create a digital account. The main member can also access all information for anybody under the age of 16 on their cover.
You can see claims for your current health or dental cover from up to 7 years ago. You’ll see details of your own claims and you can download your claims advice statements.
If you’re the main person on your cover and you have dependants under 16 years old, you can also download their claims advice statements.
No. At the moment, you can access dental or health cover documents and health assessment reports through your online account. We’ll be adding more soon.
