Need help with your digital account?


If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and password. When we ask for two digits from your memorable number, select ‘forgotten memorable number’ and follow the steps to reset it.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page and follow the steps to reset it. You’ll then be able to use your new password to sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your sign in email address, use the 'forgotten your email address’ link on the sign in page. We’ll let you know your sign in email address once we’ve verified you.

Anyone over the age of 16 on your cover can create a digital account. The main member can also access all information for anybody under the age of 16 on their cover.

You can see claims for your current health or dental cover from up to 7 years ago. You’ll see details of your own claims and you can download your claims advice statements.


If you’re the main person on your cover and you have dependants under 16 years old, you can also download their claims advice statements.

No. At the moment, you can access dental or health cover documents and health assessment reports through your online account. We’ll be adding more soon.
