Our elderly care support line

16 September 2015 - Annette Hallas, Customer Adviser, Elderly Care Support Line
I am really excited that the re-launched TV campaign all about our elderly care support line is back on air. You may even have spotted the advert over the last few days.

We know how complex and confusing looking into care options can be, which is why it is a free advice line and available to anyone (you don’t have to be a Bupa member) looking for answers to questions on aged care.  Whether you’re just starting to think about care, need help understanding how to pay for care, or advice on choosing the best type of care, we’re here to help you make the right decisions for you and your family.

We have spoken to so many people since the line started in 2013, and know how hard it can be to know who to turn to and what to do when an elderly relative needs help. It’s difficult to know what options are available, especially when, increasingly, we don’t live close to our relatives

We always dedicate as much time as is needed to answer any questions you may have, and make sure that we provide those that call our line with all the information they need.  We are incredibly proud that we’ve already helped many hundreds of families over the last two years, and hope to help many more in the future.

If you have any questions about aged care, please call our Elderly Care Support Line on 0800 001 010. You can also watch the TV advertisement here.
