How do I make a claim?
First check your policy wording to make sure you meet the claims conditions. You’ll then need to complete and submit a claims form, along with all the necessary information or documents requested.
The claim form(s) you need to complete, and where you need to send it to, will depend upon when and how you took out your original policy with us. If you’re unsure what your policy type is or you’re unsure which claim form to request, please get in touch and we’ll help you.
Once you’ve received and completed the relevant claim form(s), return it along with the required documentation as soon as you can after returning from your trip.
Any policies starting with BTI can use the telephone number 0345 603 9892^ for any future claims requests.
Classic, Premier or Gold claim forms
