A Bupa expert will be in store to talk about what mindful eating is and what benefits it can bring to your health and wellbeing. We'll give you simple steps to introduce this approach into your life in this fun and interactive session.

Are you interested in reducing your risk of cancer, diabetes and dementia? Expert health advisors from Bupa are coming in to give a brief talk on the health benefits of physical activity, nutrition and mental wellbeing and share some innovative methods to help you fit them in to a busy lifestyle.

Shaping your exercise and nutrition to achieve peak performance

Whether you’re a regular racer or a first timer, come along and let us share the benefits of physical activity with you to help you to live longer, happier and healthier lives. We’ll discuss current exercise recommendations and some ideas on how to achieve this alongside a busy lifestyle. We’ll also explain the principles of training to help you to create a suitable training programme and help you meet your fitness goals.
