Our counselling service offers your employees practical advice and help on issues that may be impacting on their performance.

Sometimes issues at work or at home can affect your employees and lead to absence from work, but a sympathetic ear may be all that’s needed.

Employees can call the helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while limited face-to-face sessions can be arranged with the Premier Employee Assistance Programme service.
