    • Additional tests time - 45 minutes advanced fitness test and results review
    • Review time - 30 minutes
    • Consultation time - Up to 45 minutes

    • Time with a Health advisor - 30 minutes

    • Test time - 30 minutes
    • Review time - 30 minutes
    • Age range - 18 to 65 designed with those under 40 in mind
    • Total assessment time - 1 hour 30 minutes
    • Test time - 30 minutes
    • Review time - 30 minutes
    • Consultation time - Up to 30 minutes
    • Age range - 18 to 65 specifically designed for those under
    • Total duration of health assessment - 120 minutes
    • Time with a Health Adviser - 60 minutes
    • Time with a Doctor - up to 60 minutes
    • Age range – over 65

Please note: in order to keep customers and staff safe, we are unable to see customers who are required to self-isolate or quarantine under UK government guidelines. This includes: customers with symptoms of COVID-19 in the 7 days prior to their appointment; customers who have had contact with a potential/confirmed case (including household members) of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to their appointment; and customers who have returned from a country requiring a quarantine period in the 14 days prior to their appointment.

Please be aware that our service cannot provide all the services available from your NHS doctor. In particular we are unable to  manage acute medical, surgical and psychiatric emergencies including treating cuts and wounds, prescribe controlled drugs including tranquillisers and night sedation, or initiate anti-depressant medication, ear wax syringing and sexual health screening.

If you have visited Iran, South Korea, Northern Italy lockdown areas or Hubei Province over the past 14 days please self-isolate at home even with no symptoms and contact NHS 111 for advice and rebook your appointment.

If you have visited Mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Macau, Myanmar, Northern Italy, Vietnam and Laos in the last 14 days AND are experiencing cough or fever or shortness of breath, to stay indoors and call NHS 111, even if symptoms are mild and to rebook any appointments.
