Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 - Business toolkit

26 April 2022

Mental Health Awareness Week is being held between 9 and 15 May. Here’s why opening up the conversation around mental health should be a priority for your business. Sometimes your mental health can feel good, and other times, not so good. That’s okay, but it’s important you’re able to recognise when things feel a little too tough to handle and get the right support when we need it.

How does this affect your business?

Every year, 70 million work days are lost due to poor mental health, costing employers £2.4 billion each year^. When employees are going through hard times, it can have a knock-on effect towards your business. So, let your employees know you’re there to support them with their mental health.

We’ve put together some expert-approved tools and resources for you to share that help bring awareness to the importance of looking after your mental health.
