If you need to change your appointment please call the reception team as soon as possible and they will schedule another time for you.
- Appointments under one hour: If you fail to give one full working days notice - you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
- Appointments over one hour: If you fail to give two full working days notice of cancellation - you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are considered working days if the practice is open on those days.
