Sessional counselling

After speaking to you on the phone and assessing your situation, your counsellor may decide that you would benefit from a number of telephone or face-to-face sessions. Counselling is subject to policy entitlement. We have a network of experienced counsellors across the UK, which means that sessions can be arranged at a time and place to suit you.

Computerised CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that focuses on how thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect feelings and behaviour. It’s a talking therapy that has an evidence base for a range of common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and phobias.
Computerised CBT programmes can be made available following an assessment with one of our counsellors and subject to policy entitlement. Our counsellors will also support you through the programme.
