Training and qualifications
Dr Rekha Luke graduated from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2001. Following her graduation, Rekha relocated to the UK to take on roles in the oral and maxillofacial surgery of West Midlands Hospital. During this time, she gained her MFDS RCSend qualification, and went on to undertake a master’s degree which she obtained with merit from UCLan.
Rekha joined Bupa Dental Care in 2021 and worked at our Gloucester Stroud Road practice before moving to Bupa Dental Care Gloucester Painswick Road. She brings to her role over 14 years of in-practice experience, alongside a wealth of knowledge in endodontics. Rekha regularly attends courses to update and maintain her knowledge and is keen to apply the latest methods to help her patients with their oral health and dental needs. Rekha enjoys helping her patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles and is a member of the British and European Endodontics Society.
Treatments offered
Alongside regular dentistry, Rekha accepts endodontic referrals - specifically for re-root canal treatments and high difficulty cases.
