You have Bupa cover or you’re insured through your employer
You’re on someone else’s cover and you’re aged 16 or over
You’ve had a health assessment and you want to see your report
Ready to start?
You can create your account in two ways. Sign up online or download the app and sign up there.
Sign up online
Set up a digital account online. You just need your email address, mobile phone and Bupa details.
Sign up using our app
Search for ‘Bupa Touch’ in your device’s app store. Download and open the app, then create your account.
† Private prescriptions with click and collect or home delivery options available. The cost of the private prescription is paid for by the individual. Charges for delivery will apply.
†† Your clinician may refer you for tests or treatment. If they do this, you'll need to get authorisation from Bupa before you book an appointment. Your clinician can usually get authorisation for you automatically. Or they'll let you know if you need to call us to discuss your options.
