Nick qualified as a dentist in 1990. He spent three years working in the hospital dental service in oral and maxillofacial surgery and in general dental practice. He then undertook his specialist training.
Nick gained a distinction in Periodontology from the Eastman Dental Institute in 1995, and his FDS RCS Ed in 1996 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He gained specialist accreditation in 1999. Nick completed a certificate course in Implantology at the University of London in 2003/2004. He’s a member of BSP, EFP, AAP and the BDA.
Nick is currently specialist clinical lecturer at The Royal London Dental Institute (QM&St. B), where he teaches postgraduate specialist trainees.
