  • travel vaccination advice

Family Mental HealthLine

For parents and carers in your team

Our advisers and mental health nurses are on hand six days a week to talk family mental health. Including:

  • a young person’s mood or behaviour has changed
  • child stress, loneliness and self-esteem
  • teens experiencing life challenges

Menopause HealthLine

For helping employees manage symptoms

Employees can chat with a menopause-trained nurses about:

  • symptoms and what to expect
  • health, diet and exercise during the menopause
  • mental wellbeing relating to the menopause, such as stress and anxiety
  • advice on treatment options – they just can’t offer prescriptions
