At The Old Church Dental Practice, we accept dentist referrals and are proud to have relationships with many local dentists in Halifax, Leeds and beyond.
We’re a large, eight-surgery practice and accept referrals for a wide range of treatments including dental implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and endodontics.
Modern equipment and technology are central to what we do at The Old Church Dental Practice. We use digital X-rays, on-site CBCT scanners and 3D digital scanners in our spacious and well-equipped surgeries.
We have an experienced and supportive team who are committed to providing patient-centred dental care. This includes a dedicated treatment coordinator to enhance the patient and referrer experience, meaning your patient will have a designated point of contact during the treatment.
Our commitment to referring dentists
It’s important to us that our referring dentists are happy with the quality of the care we provide. We’ll only carry out treatment as agreed by you and we’ll involve you in the treatment plan if you wish.
We always provide each patient with an initial consultation and full written treatment plan, and we will keep you informed throughout the treatment process. No treatment is carried out before an estimate of fees has been given to the patient.

We accept referrals for a range of treatments including endodontics and dental implants. Together, our dentists have over 20 years’ experience placing implants.
A beautiful, unique setting
Our practice is situated in a beautiful, converted church. When patients arrive at the practice, they can relax in our spacious waiting areas and have their treatment in large rooms with original, stained glass windows. Coming to The Old Church is a truly unique experience.
A suite of modern technology
We have eight surgeries available to carry out treatment. We have digital X-rays, an on-site CBCT scanner suite and use of 3D scanning technology to reduce the need for traditional impressions.
