Lauren is part of the Behavioural Insights Team at Bupa UK. She’s enthusiastic about helping people to make healthy lifestyle changes.
She has an academic background in psychology, with a Master’s degree specialising in organisational psychology.
Prior to joining Bupa, she worked as a behavioural science consultant with global clients from a variety of industries. While in this role she wrote articles for a magazine for business leaders and curated a new book.
Lauren is interested in different cultures and has spent a year living in Melbourne, Australia. In her spare time she enjoys playing sport and exercising.
