2020 was a year full of challenges for most of us.
Thankfully, everyone at Bupa rose to them, resulting in multiple award wins throughout the past year.
We were recognised once again at The COVER Customer Care Awards in July, winning Best Health Insurer. That’s in addition to being named Best Mental Health Support Service, reflecting our constantly evolving products and services and commitment to supporting our customers.
In September, we won not one, not two, not three, but five awards at the 2020 Health Insurance & Protection Awards:
- Best Coronavirus Response by a Provider
- Best Webinar & Podcast Programme by a Provider
- Best Diversity & Inclusion Programme
- Best SME PMI Provider
- Best Individual International Healthcare Provider
November marked another month of big wins, with the Best Crisis Communications award at the Northern Marketing Awards and both Best Group Health Insurance and Best Individual Health Insurance provider at the 2020 Cover Excellence Awards being added to the list.
Last year in particular, we needed to support our customers and their employees like never before, and we want to thank our customers for their continued support in return.
