Online account help and support
We’ve moved our online accounts from My Bupa to our new portal, Bupa Touch. If you had a My Bupa account or an older Bupa account, you’ll need to create a new account to sign in..
Here’s a selection of questions and answers that we’ve already helped our customers with.
After you select ‘Sign in’ you’ll be asked for your email address and password. You’ll also be asked to enter two digits from the memorable number that you gave when you created your account. If you require further assistance with the login process, please call 0345 608 0898^
